Tone Moble release the TONE m17 in Japan on August 1 for 37 600 Yen

Tone Mobile announced the release of the SIM lock free TONE m17 Android smartphone in Japan. The phone going to costs 34 800 Yen + tax (37 584 Yen with tax). The device is manufactures by the Fujitsu Connected Technologies and it will be a water and dustproof device.

However, the phone is not a high-end one. It comes with the Snapdragon 410 SoC and with only 2GB of memory and the built-in storage is only 16 GB (you can add microSDXC card upto 256GB).

The TONE m17 going to runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) OS and it comes with a 5″ screen (720×1280 dots). Don’t expect wireless charging or USB-C, the phone has a micro-B USB port.

It is a perfect first smartphone for the children or the elders or for those who don’t want to play on their phone just using the SNS services, calling, texting. The phone will be available only in Japan.
